SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

  • Strawberries
  • 4x baby bananas
  • 1x mango
  • Coconut milk
  • Alkaline Your Lifestyle seamoss gel
  • Ice cubes

FOR THE TOPPINGS:

  • Spelt flakes
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Mango
  • Strawberries
  • Hemp seeds
  • Kiwis

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the milk, bananas, strawberries, mangos and seamoss gel in a blender; cover and blend until nice and smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and blend again until smooth and creamy. Editor’s Tip: Add the milk 1/4 cup at a time to ensure a thick consistency. Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls. 

Then, top with your desired toppings. With the blueberry and cinnamon purée - simply blend some blueberries and add cinnamon.

QUICK TIP: It helps to prep toppings ahead of time, so your smoothie bowl doesn’t melt before you top it!
