ALKALINE BURRITO
INGREDIENTS:
- Onion
- Bell Peppers
- Chestnut Mushrooms
- Sea Salt
- Thyme
- Quinoa
- Chickpea Wrap
- Chickpea hummus
- Rocket
- Avocado
- Tomato
- Key lime (juice)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the onion, peppers, mushrooms, salt and thyme until soft and seasoned, then add quinoa.
Heat up chickpea wrap (can be found in Exotic Superstore, Oxford Road, Reading).
Add chickpea hummus for base of wrap with rocket, avocado and tomato on top.
Add fresh key lime juice and sea salt if preferred and your quinoa/onion/ pepper mix.
Fold over the ends and roll up to seal. Secure by wrapping with foil if you want. Eat immediately.
