Can be taken internally or externally.

FOR CONSUMPTION: 1 (5ml) teaspoon straight from the bottle, or mix in a drink. It can also be added to smoothies, dips or salad dressings. We recommend 1-2 a day. NOTE: Due to its strong flavor, you may want to mix the oil with honey or lemon juice before ingesting.

FOR HAIR: Apply the oil directly to your scalp on a daily basis, or you can use it as a deep treatment by applying it to wet or damp hair and leaving it for at least 30 minutes in a shower cap, before rinsing it out.

FOR SKIN: Apply a small amount directly to skin and massage gently. You can also mix it with other oils or skincare products to enhance its benefits.

This product is cold pressed and should not be heated.
