DIRECTIONS

Can be used internally and externally.

FOR CONSUMPTION: Have a spoonful straight from the jar or mix it into drinks, smoothies, teas or meals. Recommended amount to consume 1-2 tablespoons a day.

FOR SKIN & HAIR: Can be used as a hair and face mask one to two times a week. Apply a thin layer directly onto your skin, scalp or hair, leave to dry for 10-15 minutes and wash away thoroughly with warm water.
